Full Job Description
Project Manager - IT Infrastructure & Security

You will be the person who brings clarity to complex work: keeping teams aligned, managing dependencies and timelines, surfacing risks early, and ensuring leadership has a clear view of project health and outcomes. While our infrastructure, security, network, and risk teams lead technical design and execution, you will help move the work forward with structure, communication, and strong follow-through.

What You'll Do

  • Own project delivery across a portfolio of concurrent technology initiatives spanning cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, network infrastructure, data center operations, BCDR, and SaaS integrations; accountable for project outcomes while IT infrastructure, security, and network teams retain ownership of technical design and execution.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports; drive delivery accountability across teams and escalate scope, schedule, or risk issues to appropriate decision-makers in a timely manner.

  • Serve as the primary coordination point between internal teams and third-party vendors; manage vendor timelines, facilitate SOW and change order reviews, and hold external partners accountable to commitments.

  • Drive project coordination across cybersecurity and IT governance initiatives, including projects aligned to compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF; organize audit-readiness activities, policy workstreams, and compliance documentation in partnership with security and risk teams who own the technical content.

  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across all levels, from technical leads to senior leadership; deliver proactive status reporting and support executive steering committee and monthly project reviews as needed.

  • Support vendor evaluations, feasibility studies, and solution proposals; coordinate testing phases and assist business owners in evaluating outcomes.

  • Maintain central project repositories and documentation standards; contribute to the ongoing development of IT PMO practices, tools, and templates, and provide coaching and guidance to more junior team members.

  • Perform other duties as assigned or as necessary.

What You'll Bring

  • Seven or more years of successful project management experience, including work across multiple concurrent and complex technology initiatives.

  • PMP certification or a demonstrated background working within structured project delivery environments, including formal methodologies, portfolio governance, and PMO practices.

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Management, Business Administration, Technology Management, Cybersecurity, or a related field; an equivalent blend of education and experience is also welcome.

  • Experience coordinating projects involving cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, network infrastructure, hardware refreshes, business continuity and disaster recovery, data center migrations, SaaS integrations, IT governance, or security compliance.

  • Working familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP; network security; BCDR; data center operations; SaaS integrations; and content management platforms.

  • Comfort participating in technical conversations, asking smart questions, identifying understated risks or dependencies, and translating complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders. This is a project leadership role rather than a hands-on engineering role.

  • Familiarity with security and governance frameworks, including NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, and SOC 2.

  • Experience using Jira, including Roadmaps or Advanced Roadmaps, and Confluence for planning, documentation, and project visibility.

  • A practical, thoughtful approach to using AI productivity tools to strengthen reporting, documentation, and workflow efficiency.

  • Experience with Agile, waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies.

What Makes You Successful

You know how to lead through influence. You are equally comfortable partnering with technical subject matter experts, business leaders, vendors, and senior executives, and you know that strong project management is not just about maintaining a plan; it is about creating alignment, building trust, and helping people make progress through ambiguity.

You are proactive, steady under pressure, and naturally curious. You can zoom into the details when a dependency is at risk, then zoom back out to give leadership a clear, concise view of what matters most.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid position with regular in-office collaboration each week. Occasional travel, evening, or weekend work may occur around key project deadlines or implementations.

Benefits Offered

  • Medical, Dental, Vision Plans

  • Medical Flexible Spending Account

  • Dependent Care Spending Account

  • Lifestyle Spending Account

  • Supplemental Term Life Insurance

  • Critical Illness Plan

  • Supplemental Short-Term Disability Insurance / AD&D Insurance

  • Voluntary Long Term Care Insurance

  • 401(k) Plan with company match

Salary Range

  • $113,575.00/yr. - $134,000.00/yr., depending on experience

Bonus Potential

  • Eligible for 15% annual bonus potential, based on personal and company performance
