Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in delivery or program management across multiple teams or product groups.
• Strong ability in planning, tracking, and status-reporting disciplines, including conducting standups and producing weekly updates.
• Proficient in managing RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and other project dependencies.
• Excellent judgment in intake and triage processes.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management as a single point of contact for client leads.
• Experience coordinating delivery models that involve dual accountability (two-in-a-box delivery).
• Skillful in escalation management and quick resolution of issues or blockers.
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance productivity in job functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery sub-group planning and reporting for specific product groups, including the intake and triage process.
• Facilitate regular standup meetings across sub-teams for streamlined communication with the PMO.
• Manage and resolve dependencies, issues, and risks for assigned product groups.
• Serve as the primary liaison with client product group leads, ensuring consistent communication.
• Track deliverables and maintain schedules for respective product groups to ensure on-time delivery.
• Compile weekly status reports that integrate into the PMO rollout.
• Maintain a comprehensive RAID register to identify and manage project risks and blockers.
