Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Project Manager, Information Systems is responsible for managing major projects of significant size and risk. Primary responsibilities include plan, schedule and track projects. Manage stakeholder expectations and communications. Manage the project team, driving motivation, collaboration and performance. Continually identify, prioritize and mitigate project risks. Implement processes appropriate to the size and scope of the project. Provide oversight and control of any external resources contracted to the project. Evaluate the project process for continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: Required:- 3+ years of direct work experience in an IT project or program management capacity, including all aspects of project development and execution.
- Experience in managing full life cycle information systems projects, large scale systems development and/or information technology initiatives.
Education/Licensure/Certifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Pay Scale Information $85,654.40-$114,192.00CHLA values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization. Final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates who meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates who exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
