Responsibilities

  • Manage planning and scheduling construction activities related to utility construction projects
  • Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and utility clients to support daily operations
  • Monitor project progress, budget status, and timelines; report on variances and recommend corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, permits, change orders, and daily reports
  • Help manage procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to job sites
  • Support compliance with local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations
  • Attend project meetings and provide updates to internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Perform quality control inspections and assist with punch list development and closeout documentation
  • Assist with cost tracking, billing, and preparation of project invoices
  • Track project performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) principles to assess cost and schedule variances and provide accurate forecasts
  • Prepare and present financial and performance reports, including cost-to-complete and earned value metrics

Full Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of power utility construction projects. The ideal candidate will assist with project coordination, resource management, and communication with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Salary: 90-115K
