  • Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project plans and schedules covering tasks, milestones, resources, dependencies, deliverables, target dates, and completion status.
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including employees and subcontractor personnel, to ensure responsibilities are clearly assigned, resources are appropriately aligned, and work progresses according to plan.
  • Coordinate closely with technical leads, developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand technical requirements, dependencies, risks, resource needs, and potential impacts to project schedules and deliverables.
  • Monitor project performance, staffing, quality, risks, issues, and dependencies; identify emerging concerns and coordinate appropriate mitigation or corrective actions.
  • Prepare and maintain project status reports, risk and issue registers, action-item trackers, meeting records, schedules, and other project management documentation needed to maintain visibility and accountability.
  • Plan and facilitate kickoff meetings, recurring status meetings, stakeholder reviews, retrospectives, and other project working sessions while maintaining effective communication with customer stakeholders, project personnel, subcontractors, and company leadership.
