Full Job Description
Gritter Fancona is looking for a Project Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for all activities supporting the development of educational animated videos for the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) National Center for PTSD. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing contract performance, coordinating resources, managing project schedules, and ensuring all deliverables meet contractual requirements, quality standards, and project timelines.

Working closely with VHA leadership, subject matter experts (SMEs), production teams, and other stakeholders, the Project Manager ensures the successful delivery of animated educational content that communicates evidence-based information about trauma, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), effective treatments, and co-occurring conditions. The Project Manager ensures project execution aligns with the National Center for PTSD's commitment to scientific accuracy, accessibility, plain language communication, and sensitivity to diverse traumatic experiences and populations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the Contractor's single point of contact for the Government on all matters related to contract performance.
  • Coordinate and manage requests from the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) for Subject Matter Expert (SME) support throughout the period of performance.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee all project activities to ensure timely completion of deliverables within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, milestones, and resource assignments.
  • Coordinate activities among Government stakeholders, SMEs, scriptwriters, animators, production teams, quality reviewers, and other project personnel.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify, communicate, and resolve risks, issues, and schedule impacts.
  • Ensure all project deliverables comply with contractual requirements, Government guidance, and established quality standards.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and communications with Government representatives and contractor staff.
  • Track project performance and prepare status reports, meeting summaries, action items, and other project documentation as required.
  • Ensure production activities maintain consistency with the National Center for PTSD's goals of providing evidence-based, clinically accurate, accessible, and culturally sensitive educational materials.
  • Coordinate review cycles and incorporate Government feedback to ensure final products meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Support collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to promote efficient workflow and successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure project activities are conducted in accordance with applicable Federal, VHA, and contractual policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management certification.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience managing projects relevant to the requirements of this task order.
  • Demonstrated experience serving as the primary point of contact between contractor teams and Government clients.
