Qualifications

• BS/BA in an engineering discipline
• 5+ years of relevant experience in related field
• 5+ years of project management experience with P&L responsibility
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills
• Business acumen and understanding of business operations
• Ability to work effectively within a matrixed, global organization
• PMP certification preferred
• Experience with Six Sigma or LEAN methodologies preferred
• Willingness to travel 30% of the time

Responsibilities

• Lead project management efforts for battery storage projects in collaboration with engineering teams
• Provide guidance in project planning and execution across various Fluence departments
• Ensure project deliverables are met by coordinating with customers, suppliers, and management
• Document and communicate initial project plans and changes as part of business improvement initiatives
• Oversee project implementation to ensure successful completion
• Enhance project financial performance while prioritizing customer satisfaction
• Facilitate the transfer of completed projects to the service organization
