Qualifications

• BS/BA in an engineering discipline
• 5+ years of relevant experience in the battery storage or energy sector
• 5+ years of project management experience with P&L responsibility
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
• Business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders
• Experience in matrixed and global organizations
• PMP certification and/or Six Sigma/LEAN experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for battery storage projects in collaboration with project and engineering teams
• Provide guidance in project planning for the entire project team, interfacing across various departments
• Ensure full life cycle project deliverables are met by coordinating with customers, suppliers, and senior management
• Participate in business improvement projects and communicate changes to project plans
• Oversee the implementation of the project until successful completion
• Enhance financial performance while maintaining high satisfaction for customers and project teams
• Transfer completed projects to the service organization for ongoing support
