Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager - Facilities Management
Job Type: Full-Time
Place of Performance: Library of Congress Packard Campus, 19053 Mt. Pony Road, Culpeper, VA 22701
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday (On-call as required)
Summary:

The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact with the Government and provide leadership for all operational, maintenance, staffing, quality control, and contract administration activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing commercial or government facilities maintenance contracts.
  • Experience supervising multidisciplinary maintenance teams.
  • Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
