Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday (On-call as required)
Summary:The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact with the Government and provide leadership for all operational, maintenance, staffing, quality control, and contract administration activities.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing commercial or government facilities maintenance contracts.
- Experience supervising multidisciplinary maintenance teams.
- Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Duties:- Serve as the primary liaison between the Government and contract personnel.
- Manage daily operations and ensure contract compliance.
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, subcontractors, and resources.
- Monitor contract performance, budgets, and deliverables.
- Review maintenance reports, quality inspections, and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and contractual requirements.
