Full Job Description
Position Title: Project Manager (PM)
  • Job Type: Full-Time.
  • Job Location: Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Washington, D.C.
  • Requirements: The Candidate shall have a:
    • U.S. citizenship
    • Minimum 5 years of customer service experience managing a public tour service or visitor center
    • At least 1 year public speaking experience with groups over 30
    • At least 1 year experience with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
    • Must pass BEP security clearance
  • Duties: The Candidate must:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR)
    • Manage daily operations of the Tour and Visitor Center (TVC)
    • Schedule and oversee all staff, including backups for key positions
    • Submit weekly and monthly tour reports
    • Maintain the shared tour calendar and ensure accuracy of scheduled events
    • Address staffing assignments, incidents, and corrective actions
    • Ensure all staff comply with required BEP training and tour protocols
