What you'll be doing

You will be joining an outstanding team working on Enterprise Real Estate and Workplace Transformation. As a Project Manager, Enterprise Real Estate, you will provide critical project management support for the CIBC Square North Integration team. You’ll work closely with others and manage a portfolio of projects from end-to-end. As a Project Manager, you’ll lead teams of stakeholders and business partners to ensure projects of all sizes are completed in line with the team’s budget and timeline. You’ll use your expertise in project management methodology to make recommendations for continuous improvements on all project plans.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

How you'll succeed

  • Project management – Outline project goals, terms of reference, resource requirements, and costs. Help create a resource plan that ensures all stakeholders have a voice on the project. Assess the efficiency of the practices and procedures used by a team, and provide guidance that will continuously improve the project plan.

  • Relationship Management -  build, maintain, and strengthen trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams while communicating with clarity, diplomacy, and influence.

  • Teamwork – Help internal partners make informed conclusions about the development of programs, products, and services. Work closely with teams as you work toward a common goal and negotiate deliverables and milestones whenever necessary.

  • Project coordination – Proactively identify anything that will take projects off schedule and find solutions to correct the problem. Monitor milestones, and ensure they’re completed according to timelines and budgets. Execute a project plan that is personalized for your team’s preferred mix of quality, time, and cost.
