Responsibilities

Full Job Description
STV is seeking a Project Manager to join our PM/CM Group in Seattle, Washington.

The Project Manager is responsible for organizing and leading cross-functional project activities to ensure successful delivery of construction projects. This role manages all phases of the project lifecycle-from proposal development and project initiation through execution, control, and closeout-while maintaining accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate cross-functional project activities to achieve project deliverables within approved scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Manage project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/control, and closeout for construction projects.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, including extra work authorizations, change management, and invoicing.
  • Lead and support proposal development, project-specific marketing efforts, and client presentations to support successful project selection.
  • Plan and execute complete project delivery, including development and maintenance of project manuals and execution plans.
  • Work closely with senior managers to plan, schedule, and monitor staffing requirements against project budgets and performance.
  • Manage project elements, including scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, quality, communications, coordination, staffing, discipline requirements, procurement, resources, and risk.
  • Serve as STV's senior on-site representative, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure client expectations are met.
  • Support senior leadership as they pursue and procure new work opportunities within the local market sector.


Qualifications

Compensation Range:
$143,435.23 - $163,925.98
