Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5+ years experience in the alarm industry and 5+ years of demonstrated project management experience.
• Alternative combination of education and experience.
• Advanced electronic security industry knowledge
• Construction experience preferred
• CSPM or PMP certification preferred
• High-level Domain knowledge/expertise in the commercial security industry
• Demonstrated highly proficient level of history of Project Management leadership including leading multiple simultaneous projects, large complex projects, long-duration and high dollar value projects.
• Strong technical understanding of electronic security industry.
• Supervisory responsibility of other PM's on large projects.
Commercial Security experience is required
Responsibilities:
Safety Equipment Required (will be provided by client): Steel Toed Boots, High-Visibility Vests, Hard Hat with Chin Strap, Safety Goggles (or drop-down visor on Hard Hat), Level 6 or higher cut proof gloves and ear protection (safety headphones acceptable).
Will be responsible for the project administration of all current and/or future installations of Fire and/or Security, CCTV, Card Access & other specialty systems where needed. Administration of these projects shall be coordinated with the respective management team.
- May supervise other PM's as needed on projects.
- Provide coaching/mentoring for other PM's within the group.
