Preferred Experience with warehousing and transportation operations, including distribution workflows, terminology, and enhancements to warehouse management systems (WMS); familiarity with Sherwin-Williams distribution operations and AWCS WMS strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage the full software development lifecycle, from gathering business requirements directly from users through design, development, testing, deployment, and post go-live support
Ability and willingness to travel to Sherwin-Williams Distribution Centers for training, implementation and production support

Required Skills : o Strong PL/SQL development expertise (core skill - must be hands-on and advanced) o Oracle + Client experience (building and supporting applications in that stack) o Supply chain domain exposure (distribution, warehousing, WMS, transportation systems) o Ability to work directly with business users (requirements gathering + support deployments - functional/tech) o Senior-level independence (must operate without heavy oversight or mentorship)
