Job Description
Join Chapa-De as our first Project Manager and help build a project management function from the ground up. Lead strategic initiatives, support clinic expansion efforts, and drive projects that strengthen healthcare access and outcomes for the communities we serve.

Hourly Rate: $47.20 - $55.93 per hour

Benefit Highlights:

Duties:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of strategic organizational projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Establish and maintain project management frameworks, standards, governance processes, and best practices to drive consistency and accountability across projects.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field or a combination of equivalent experience and education.
  • PMP or CAPM certification or other relevant project management certifications.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex and strategic projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Agile, Kanban, Six Sigma, Lean)
  • Intermediate knowledge and usage of project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Trello).
  • Current and in good standing: valid driver's license, vehicle insurance and DMV report.
