Full Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of projects while partnering closely with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure successful outcomes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You are a strong communicator who can navigate complexity, build relationships, and drive projects forward from initiation through completion.

This position requires full on-site attendance, five days per week, at the Barreal office (Heredia, Zona Franca Metropolitana).
You will:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from initiation through completion.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful delivery.
  • Facilitate project meetings, drive discussions, document decisions, and ensure follow-through on action items.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, maintaining clear communication with internal teams and clients.
  • Manage project scope and proactively address changes, risks, dependencies, and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track project health through budget management, timeline adherence, resource allocation, and overall progress reporting.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Strategy, Creative, Technology, QA, Production, and Account Management.
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate, organized, and accessible to all stakeholders.
  • Support project intake, scoping, estimation, and resource planning activities.
  • Prepare and communicate regular project status updates, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Partner with clients to understand objectives, align expectations, and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, workflows, and team collaboration.
  • Support project reviews, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and support the development of project delivery best practices.
You have:
  • 3-5+ years of project management experience, preferably within digital, creative, marketing, agency, consulting, or technology environments.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and delivery frameworks.
  • Experience managing project budgets, timelines, scope, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
Nice to have:
  • Experience working on digital, marketing, media, technology, or customer experience projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.es.
  • Agency experience working with global or enterprise-level clients.
