In this role, you will: - Lead end-to-end Salesforce project delivery from initiation through deployment and hypercare.
- Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resource forecasts, dependencies, and RAID logs.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and establish success metrics.
- Drive project governance, steering committee meetings, and executive status reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, IT, Salesforce administrators, developers, architects, and vendors.
- Ensure alignment between Salesforce solutions and organizational business objectives.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, and retrospectives.
- Manage risks, issues, change requests, and project dependencies.
- Oversee testing, deployment planning, user training, and business readiness activities.
- Monitor project performance, adoption metrics, and value realization.
Who You Are: - 7+ years of Project Management experience leading technology or business transformation initiatives.
- 3+ years managing Salesforce implementation, enhancement, or migration projects.
- Experience delivering Salesforce solutions including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, or related Salesforce products.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Proven experience managing project budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading vendor and consulting partner engagements.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- PMP, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or related certification preferred.
