Project Manager

Job Level: W2T Consultant

Job Location: Hybrid 2-3 days onsite

Travel Expectations: None

Job Classification: Temporary (W2T)

In this role, you will:
  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce project delivery from initiation through deployment and hypercare.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resource forecasts, dependencies, and RAID logs.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and establish success metrics.
  • Drive project governance, steering committee meetings, and executive status reporting.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, IT, Salesforce administrators, developers, architects, and vendors.
  • Ensure alignment between Salesforce solutions and organizational business objectives.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, and retrospectives.
  • Manage risks, issues, change requests, and project dependencies.
  • Oversee testing, deployment planning, user training, and business readiness activities.
  • Monitor project performance, adoption metrics, and value realization.


Who You Are:
  • 7+ years of Project Management experience leading technology or business transformation initiatives.
  • 3+ years managing Salesforce implementation, enhancement, or migration projects.
  • Experience delivering Salesforce solutions including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, or related Salesforce products.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Proven experience managing project budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading vendor and consulting partner engagements.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or related certification preferred.
