Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and manage complex technology programs, ensuring alignment between product, engineering, and business objectives. The ideal candidate will drive portfolio planning, execution, governance, risk management, and value realization while ensuring successful delivery across globally distributed teams and vendor partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale technology programs aligned with product, engineering, and business roadmaps.
• Own program and portfolio planning, execution, tracking, and reporting across multiple workstreams.
• Utilize Jira for program planning, dependency management, release tracking, and executive-level reporting.
• Drive program governance, milestone tracking, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, financial planning, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration between product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Oversee delivery across multi-vendor and distributed teams, driving accountability and execution excellence.
• Track program outcomes and ensure realization of business value and strategic objectives.
• Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and key metrics to executive leadership.

Required Skills

• Strong Program Management experience in complex technology environments.
• Expertise in Jira for planning, tracking, reporting, and dependency management.
• Excellent understanding of program budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
• Experience managing large portfolios, roadmaps, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong risk management, stakeholder management, and governance capabilities.
• Experience working in multi-vendor and globally distributed delivery models.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.

Preferred Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Agile, or equivalent Program Management certification preferred.
• Experience in enterprise-scale digital transformation or technology modernization programs.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and modern software delivery practices.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 to $193,440

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
