The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of multiple telecommunications projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep understanding of telecommunications technologies and industry standards. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, vendors, and clients, to coordinate resources and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities- Develop detailed project plans and timelines to guide project execution from conception through completion.
- Coordinate and manage project teams, including internal staff and external contractors/vendors.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure all projects comply with telecommunications industry standards and company policies.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure projects remain within financial constraints.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
Requirements- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications technologies, infrastructure, and regulations.
