Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating Revenue Operations and Sales Operations projects that drive strategic business initiatives and operational efficiencies across theorganization. This role serves as a key partner to cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring projects are planned, executed, and delivered successfully while maintaining alignment with business objectives.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-directed project management professional who can effectively navigate complex initiatives, build strong stakeholder relationships, communicate project status to leadership, and drive projects to completion through influence rather than direct authority. This position requires astrong foundation in project management fundamentals, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
Leadand manage 2-3 concurrent projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with business objectives.
Developcomprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and resource requirements.
Partnerwith Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, and cross-functional business teams to gather requirements, establish priorities, and drive project execution.
Buildstrong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and provide proactive communication regarding project status, risks, and key milestones.
Facilitateproject meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder discussions to ensure alignment, accountability, and progress toward project objectives.
Identifyproject risks, obstacles, and dependencies, developing mitigation strategies to minimize business impact.
Createvisibility into project progress through status reports, dashboards, and executive-level communications.
Manageproject activities through influence, collaboration, and relationship-building rather than direct reporting authority.
Coordinateacross functional teams, vendors, and business partners to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitorproject performance and recommend process improvements that increase operational effectiveness and business outcomes.
Supportcontinuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the evolution of project management best practices

Qualifications
Education & Years of Experience
Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience ofhands-on project management experience leading business, operational, process improvement, or strategic initiatives
Experiencesupporting Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related corporate functions.
Demonstratedsuccess managing multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
Experiencebuilding project plans, establishing milestones, tracking deliverables, and driving projects to successful completion.
Provenability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Experience
PMPcertification is a plus but not required.
