Job Title: Project Manager 3

Position Overview
A public sector organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager III to lead complex, enterprise-level initiatives. The selected candidate will provide senior-level project management support, ensuring successful delivery of strategic projects by managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder engagement across cross-functional teams. The role requires adherence to established project governance standards and project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, risk management, and communication plans.
  • Define project objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business units to ensure successful execution of project activities.
  • Monitor project performance, track milestones, and proactively identify, escalate, and resolve project issues and risks.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, status updates, and executive reporting to ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project scope changes through formal change control processes while ensuring compliance with governance standards.
  • Oversee vendor performance and ensure contractual deliverables are met.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procurement requirements, and project governance guidelines.
