A Senior Project Manager is responsible for guiding complex, large-scale projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with strategic business objectives. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing significant budgets, and navigating high-stakes initiatives to deliver results that support organizational growth. They provide direction and mentorship to project teams while overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
