Job Description

In the assigned Job Role of Technology Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Create business requirement documents covering functional and non-functional requirements, basis information gathered as part of workshops and interviews with client stakeholders
• Craft high- and low-level software designs, validate through prototypes, and incorporate feedback to optimize functionality
• Develop critical and complex software applications and engage with the development team to establish coding standards and methodologies in sync with design and architectural specifications
• Create and guide the execution of comprehensive testing strategies, in conformance with functional and non-functional requirements
• Guide the technical implementation of system infrastructure, and introduction of new software applications, to ensure their efficient deployment and adherence to project schedules.
• Ensure consistent system rollouts by orchestrating transitions and minimizing operational disruptions
• Analyse incident trends to identify root causes, propose sustainable solutions to avert future incidents and establish monitoring protocols
• Provide specialized insights and build collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams, securing the successful execution of projects
• Establish and uphold comprehensive knowledge bases to guarantee that vital information is systematically recorded and readily available
• Contribute to the selection of technological tools by collaborating with architects and provide insights on prospective influence of new technologies
• Contribute to the development of technical implementation roadmaps, based on understanding of client business needs
• Contribute to proposals and RFPs by delivering insights related to development of software applications, for successfully delivering the proposed solutions

Required Skill and Experience
• Led Technical Project Management initiatives across data and analytics projects.
• Specialized in Data Engineering and scalable data solutions.
• Experienced in Snowflake implementation, optimization, and data warehousing.
• Enabled Cloud Data Transformation and enterprise data modernization programs.

Preferred Skill and Experience
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, transformation, performance tuning, and database management.
• Strong hands-on experience in Talend Data Integration (ETL) development.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, including data warehousing, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Experience working with Snowflake Cortex for AI/ML-powered analytics, data insights, and intelligent data applications.
• Proficiency in dbt (Data Build Tool) for data transformation, testing, documentation, and analytics engineering.
• Strong knowledge of GitHub for version control, code collaboration, CI/CD integration, and deployment workflows.
• Exposure to GitHub Copilot/Duo to enhance developer productivity, code quality, and automation practices.

Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
