Chipton-Ross is seeking a Project Management Specialist (Level 4) for a contract opportunity in Everett, WA.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)

  • Requirement validation and verification.
  • Systems Safety Analysis (FMEA, FHA, Fault Trees.)
  • PMO tools (similar to Microsoft project, Gitlab, JIRA, etc...)


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

The Flight Controls and Mechanical Hydraulic Systems (FCMH) organization is seeking an Experienced/Senior Project Manager to coordinate certification activities in support of development and sustaining airplane programs. The selected candidate will report to the FC Systems Integration Manager, and will be responsible for driving project at the organizational level, as well as working with the individual teams to improve implementation workflow.

Key Responsibilities/Qualifications:
  • Set up project management systems that can define and track performance to weekly commitments.
  • Ability to quickly get up to speed on existing certification process and best practices.
  • Facilitate team development of certification applicant positions to the FAA/EASA.
  • Maintain open lines of communication to resolve issues and course correct as necessary.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and throughput.
  • Ability to understand necessary data sources required, and utilize appropriately in planning development.


REQUIRED EDUCATION

Accredited Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

WORK HOURS

FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT; 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
