Role PurposeThe Project Lead - NVIDIA supports execution of cross-functional projects for Nvidia and its ODM partners, helping ensure alignment, accountability, and delivery of key customer commitments across PCS and DCBU. Reporting to the Director, Strategic Project Management - NVIDIA, this role coordinates project plans, tracks milestones, manages risks, and drives follow-through across internal teams to support customer priorities and account growth. In the near term, the role will focus on strengthening internal execution, improving issue resolution, and enhancing coordination across the organization in support of Nvidia-related commitments.
Key Responsibilities- Support project management for Nvidia and ODM partner initiatives, ensuring execution of key customer commitments and cross-functional deliverables
- Coordinate day-to-day execution of internal initiatives supporting customer delivery, including milestone tracking, action management, and issue follow-up
- Partner with the Director of Strategic Project Management and stakeholders across PCS and DCBU to maintain alignment on priorities and timelines
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, dependencies, risks, and escalation trackers for priority workstreams
- Coordinate with Product Line Management, Account Management, New Business Development, Customer Experience, Marketing, Technology, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other teams to drive deliverables and resolve issues
- Identify risks, dependencies, and execution challenges early, and escalate appropriately to support timely resolution
- Prepare project updates, status reports, dashboards, presentations, and meeting materials for leadership review
- Contribute to process improvements that increase visibility, streamline communication, and strengthen execution
- Build strong cross-functional relationships across the Optical Communications organization to support collaboration and timely decision-making
Required Education- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, business operations, or a related role within a matrixed organization
- Proven experience coordinating cross-functional execution for strategic customers or high-priority initiatives
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; comfortable working across global teams and time zones
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and drive timely resolution of issues
- Positive Demeanor: can-do attitude, resilient, capable of motivating others during daily duties.
Desired Experiences- MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in DC, or OCS/OFC, with the ability to navigate internal processes effectively and a strong understanding of DC products and applications.
- Strong execution focus, attention to detail, and follow-through + ability to manage multiple priorities and bring structure to complex workstreams
- Experience supporting strategic customer accounts and customer-related deliverables
This position does not support immigration sponsorship. The range for this position is $101,623.00 - $139,732.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
