Standard Job DescriptionThe Enterprise Data Product & Ontology organization within Enterprise Operations is hiring a Program Manager to drive and oversee some of our most important cross-functional analytics applications.
What You Will Be Doing:
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Coordinating recruitment, selection, training, and performance assessment of project staff
- Manage agile team to ensure team alignment of delivery schedules and releases
- Collaborating with IT service owners, functional business partners, executive leadership, and business stakeholders to align 1LMX transformation capabilities and delivery timelines with business need and align with defined budget targets.
- Establishing and monitoring milestones and adherence to master plans and schedules, including management of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for Enterprise Control Tower
- Lead Control Account Manager (CAM) for Enterprise Control Tower
- Managing project budgets, schedules, and status reporting to senior leadership.
- Identifying and resolving program problems, to include allocating resources or adjusting contractual specifications
- Managing risks, issues and opportunities to ensure successful deployment of 1LMX products
- Monitoring project issues, developing resolutions, and ensuring quality and Portfolio/Program goals are met.
- Reporting metrics and risks to senior-level internal customers.
Basic Qualifications- Minimum of 3 years Project/Program Management experience
- Minimum of 3 years Earned Value Management experience (cost/budgeting, schedule, risk evaluation/mitigation, metrics/reporting & project execution)
- US Citizenship required due to system access
- Proven business acumen to manage multiple assignments and projects with the ability to balance technical requirements with business needs and affordability
- Strong leadership, planning, communication and presentation skills with the ability to listen and influence
- Demonstrated collaboration and teaming skills at all levels of the organization
- Work experience developing effective stakeholder and partner relationships
- Experience leading in an ambiguous environment, requiring ability to pivot and dynamically drive results
- Demonstrated work experience to effectively and independently perform in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Desired Skills- Experience with the 1LMX Program
- Risk Management experience
- Demonstrated ability to drive common services, common processes and best practices
- Fundamental knowledge of Agile methodology and planning
- Project/Program management experience in an Agile Development environment
- Experience with IMS, Jira and ROADS
- Experience in multiple Lockheed Martin Business Areas
Pay InformationGeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $161300.00 - $299500.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): $145100.00 - $269500.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): $129000.00 - $239600.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Marietta, GA; etc.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 4): $116100.00 - $215700.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Camden, AR; Lexington, KY; Lufkin, TX; etc.
