This position is based out of Mississauga, ON.What You'll Be Doing:- Leading cross-functional teams to deliver Silicon IP projects globally, from initial planning through successful completion.
- Representing the product line internally and externally, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and customers.
- Reporting on project status to key customers and collaborating with R&D teams to plan new developments and enhancements.
- Facilitating the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables, aligning them with business objectives.
- Developing and managing comprehensive project plans, scheduling timelines, and tracking milestones using industry-standard tools.
- Analyzing project performance and ensuring quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Empowering team members, resolving conflicts, and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project goals.
- Providing regular updates to management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

What You'll Need:- Degree in Engineering or Applied Science (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor or related fields.
- Proven experience managing customer expectations and communications.
- Background in Mixed-Signal IP, SOC, ASIC, or semiconductor development environments.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
- Experience with quality management system processes and procedures.
- Ability to navigate and utilize tools in a Linux environment.
