As a Project Engineer at Boldt, you'll play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects across a variety of markets, including healthcare, industrial, power and energy, commercial, education, and mission-critical facilities. Working alongside project managers, superintendents, trade partners, and clients, you'll help manage project schedules, subcontractor coordination, procurement, budgeting, quality control, and jobsite documentation. Project Engineers gain hands-on experience throughout the construction lifecycle while building strong relationships and developing the technical and leadership skills needed to drive successful project outcomes. Candidates must be willing and able to travel to project sites. Travel frequency will vary based on project assignment and business needs. The anticipated salary range for a position like this would be $84,000-$107,000. annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Compensation Target Hiring Range: $66,000 - $84,000 annually Boldt recognizes that experience, expertise, and specialized skills create value. The target hiring range for this position is $$66,000 - $84,000 annually; compensation is determined based on qualifications, experience, certifications, geographic market conditions, internal equity, and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to base compensation, employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus and participation in applicable company benefit programs.
