Pay Range: $68,724.00 - $97,073.00 per year

The above reflects the anticipated annual salary range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey.

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

The Project Management Office (PMO) Project Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting the Project Manager(s) and Program Manager in the coordination, implementation, management, and completion of projects, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments, and goals of the organization.
As a Project Coordinator, a typical day might include:
  • Helping manage workplan reviews, issue tracking, deliverable and project status updates, timeline management, and risk management tracking.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of well-written, organized project documentation.
  • Maintain effective communication with project team, stakeholders, supervisor, and Executive Management to ensure all levels are appropriately informed of project progress and issues.
  • Work independently under regular supervision with quantifiable and qualitative results.
  • Maintain a level of understanding f RWJBH Enterprise goals and IT goals and how they both are supported and impacted by portfolio of projects.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
  • An Associates Degree and at least 3 years relevant experience in large scale project coordination, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Experience in MS Office Suite, Project Management Information System/Project Panning tool
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
