• Support the procurement lifecycle from procurement planning, RFP development and tendering through to contract signing, ensuring required steps, documents, and timelines are properly coordinated.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of Project specific requirements, including Project Specifications, Project Agreement, Subcontract Agreement, Prime Contract Variations and other project-specific procurement and documentation requirements.
• Organize and maintain procurement files and project documentation in project databases and platforms such as Procore, SharePoint, and other project systems, including drawings, plans, submittals, document logs, schedules, specifications, subcontracts, purchase orders, and related procurement records.
• Prepare, lead, and distribute detailed meeting minutes in a timely manner, ensuring action items, decisions, and next steps are clearly captured and communicated.
• Assist with the final procurement document handover to the operations team, supporting a smooth transition from procurement to project execution.

This role could be for you if you have:
• 1-3 years' working experience in the construction industry.
• A University Degree/Technology Diploma in Engineering, or a combination of education and industry experience.
• Experience providing administrative, procurement, document control, or project coordination support within a construction, infrastructure, or project-based environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple documents, deadlines, meetings, and stakeholder communications at the same time.
• A solid understanding of document control practices and comfort working with digital project platforms such as Procore, SharePoint, or similar systems.
• Comfort using Microsoft Suite, including Excel
• A proactive approach to tracking information, identifying follow-ups, preparing meeting minutes, and supporting the team with accurate and timely documentation.
