The Opportunity

In this role you will:aa

  • Consolidate team action items and track their completiona
  • Partner with other project coordinators on standardization of reporting and lessons learneda
  • Create templates which allow partners to understand and apply the data analysis resultsa
  • Ensure documentation is well organised and accessiblea
  • Manage annual contract extension matrix ensuring amendments are completed on timea
  • Develop dashboards for ongoing operations and reporting, including creating a live reporting tool for real time progress reporting, trending, data validation & regional communicationsa
  • Prepare reports for executive leadership that communicate trends, patterns and predictions using program dataa
  • Ensure imported data is accurate, working with partners to validate and update if necessarya
  • Support development and updates of monthly reportinga
  • Support vendor program, including pipeline, contracts, and onboarding

  • Have experience in data analysis for a large projecta
  • Enjoy collecting and interpreting data,aanalysingaresults & creating automated reports for stakeholder reviewa
  • Have experience using statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analyticsa
  • Have worked closely with stakeholders in gathering requirements, performing analysis and delivering complex analysis to support strategic business decisions.

The salary range for this role is between $84,000 to $112,000 but actual salary offered is dependent on experience, skill set and education.
