What will your typical day look like?Work you'll doManages and supports successful delivery of work duties concerning specific project activities, initiatives, and operational process. Supports project, program and portfolio managers on more complex mid to large size programs/projects. Assists in the design, development, and implementation of improved process designs and operations.
Also provides project administration, communications, and operational support as needed. Measures effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of projects and processes. Completes special assignments and projects for senior management.
Responsibilities: Project delivery:
- Serves as a subject matter expert in the implementation and ongoing efforts of business projects.
- Directly delivers and administers specific project services.
- Assists in the development of project objectives, policies, and procedures.
- Forecasts and estimates project requirements using performance metrics to assist leadership in managing operational activities.
- Conducts analysis and evaluation of projected and actual effectiveness of current or proposed project activities.
- Tracks project progress; manages and escalates project risks and issues as appropriate.
- Delivers timely project reports and performance dashboards.
- Establishes and facilitates regular project team meetings.
- Builds relationships with stakeholders and project teams to effectively manage and deliver quality projects.
Business process, communications, and training:
- Prepares reports, presentations, and research using statistical and narrative data for communication/presentation to senior managers.
- Develops, plans, and oversees organization communications and reporting.
- Recommends, implements, and monitors changes in work processes to ensure performance outcomes are achieved; prepares ongoing reports detailing project outcomes and progress to date.
- Provides work leadership, guidance, and advice to project consultants and project analysts.
- Identifies and supports development of learning, training, and development materials and sessions.
- Participates in special projects related to business projects. Identifies opportunities for process improvements and redesigns related to assigned project.
- Motivates and leads teams and instills a mindset of collaboration and continuous process improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in Business/IT.
- Strong MS Excel skills including ability to analyze data using various formulas, pivot tables, charts and graphs.
- Strong MS PowerPoint skills with demonstrated ability to compile slides representing key insights gathered from data.
- Strong MS Word skills.
- Experience with MS Project.
Preferred:
- PMP/Prince 2 certification
- Agile/Scrum master certification
- Experience managing Teams and SharePoint sites
- Experience with ServiceNow tool
Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
