Work you'll do As a Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation on the GPS ServiceNow team, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that support mission and operational needs across the engagement
- Translating business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform
- Building and customizing workflows, forms, modules, dashboards, and automation features to improve program and project management activities
- Collaborating with architects, functional team members, and stakeholders to deliver platform capabilities aligned to engagement priorities
- Troubleshooting defects, supporting testing activities, and maintaining technical documentation, platform standards, and enhancements to improve performance, usability, and scalability

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
- 3+ years of experience developing and configuring solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- 3+ years of experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, workflow configuration, and platform customization
- Experience developing workflows, forms, modules, dashboards, and automation features within ServiceNow
- Ability to work on-site in Mclean, VA up to 5 days per week
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,700 - $162,800.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
