The Opportunity:
PPO - Responsible for support of program business and functional operations. Duties may include identifying and facilitating resolution of operational issues and acting as a liaison between technical and functional areas.
Program / Project Operations / Assistant PM
Work closely with multiple USG Customers
Support DOW customer contracts
Coordinate meetings, record minutes and submit after action reports
Responsibilities:
Provide Admin support of day-to-day meeting scheduling, to include creating invites, ensuring all attendees are available, coordinate and/or create advanced presentation materials.
Track monthly invoices, track cost, revenue and Profit for multiple projects across 7 or more contracts
Generate monthly status reports for Program Manager
Track Program Manager's schedule, ensuring conflicts between meetings are minimized
Generate labor plan for each contract. Maintain funding levels and labor hours to ensure proper assignments for CDRLs and JIRA tickets.
Track Sprint Planning meetings, record sprint plan and distribute to discipline leads
Purchase materials as required for the many contracts. Track all materials purchased in a hardware tracking file until turn over to customer.
Attend Customer meetings and record meeting minutes, prepare after meeting report for dissemination to all attendees.
Track Contract Deliverables, review CDRLs with PM and submit CDRLs to customer on time.
Assist PM with Proposal writing
Qualifications:
Required:
Certification as Assistant Program Manager (CAPM) from PMI.
TS/SCI Security Clearance with Poly
BS Degree
Experience managing people and tracking financials
Experience with NAVAIR PMA 290 Customer/contracts
Desired:
PMP certification from PMI
Finance Degree
Experience with EVM principles
Experience with Contracts and Proposal writing

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$78,700 - $165,200
