Full Job Description
In the role of Project Controls Specialist II, we'll count on you to: • Establish WBS, and develop and maintain complex project schedules for various phases of the project • Coordinate with necessary team member • Develop and monitor project metric • Participate in project coordination meeting • Conduct project site visits if applicable • Conduct schedule baseline and schedule update review • Develop cost estimate • Perform other duties as needed Preferred Qualification • Bachelor's degree in Construction or Engineering • Certifications (one or more): PSP, PMP, PE, CM, EVP, PMI-SP, CST • Ability to interpret construction schedule • Preference is given to local candidate • Prior experience with A/E/C firm #LI-JC7 Qualifications Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • A minimum of 5 years' experience in project controls work on engineering and construction projects, including planning, estimating, forecasting, scheduling, cost control, schedule control and project reports • Strong decision-making skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple long and short-term tasks simultaneously • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture • Sponsorship (visa) for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position
