Shape the World Around You - Join our Nuclear subsector, a cornerstone of WSP's ERI (Energy, Resources & Industry) sector, supporting clients in Canada's thriving nuclear industry. From feasibility studies to commissioning and asset management, you'll be part of a team driving innovation in nuclear refurbishments, new builds, and complex capital projects.

We're seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager (Nuclear) to join our Ontario offices. Please note: This position will require working from the Oakville project location for several months before transitioning to our downtown Toronto project office.

Your Impact

As Project Controls Manager (Nuclear), you'll lead the charge on planning, scheduling, change management, and performance tracking for some of Canada's most complex nuclear projects. You'll establish and maintain the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB), integrate EPC activities, and deliver clear, data-driven insights that keep projects on track. Your expertise in nuclear environments-regulatory compliance, lifecycle planning, and risk management-will shape outcomes that matter. From proposal development to scenario modeling, you'll influence major decisions while mentoring future leaders.   • Collaborate with project directors, construction partners, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver best-for-project decisions.
  • Prepare and present clear, data-driven reporting packages for executive and client review.
  • Mentor and coach junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YK: $147,500 - $195,400
MB & ON: $134,600 - $184,600
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $133,200 - $176,900
