Full Job Description
HGA is seeking a PC Lead: Field Change & Risk Lead to support client operations in Boise, Idaho, leading the evaluation and control of field changes, cost impacts, and risk exposure across a multi-billion-dollar semiconductor manufacturing program.

Position Overview:

  • This role will serve as the primary control point for all change management and risk governance activities on site. The position will evaluate contractor change orders, validate entitlement, and ensure rigorous control of cost and schedule impacts while maintaining the integrity of contingency and reserves.

  • This role requires a strong commercial mindset with the ability to independently challenge contractor positions and provide data-driven recommendations to project leadership.
Required Qualifications:
