The RoleT1 Energy is looking to hire a Project Controls Engineer that will support in the management of construction schedules, cost tracking, reporting and document control to keep large-scale manufacturing and infrastructure projects structured and on track. You'll work as an integrated part of the project engineering team; supporting engineering, procurement, construction. Reporting to the Project Control Director, you will be hands on in developing and maintaining project control systems to track project performance and provide data-driven insights to guide decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how projects run in the real world and knows how to balance rigor with speed.
What You'll Do- Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Build and track project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls, including earned value and variance analysis.
- Monitor schedule and cost performance, identify risks and trends, and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain change control, including schedule impacts, cost impacts, and documentation.
- Prepare clear, executive-ready reporting on schedule health, cost status, risks, and recovery plans.
- Support contractor and vendor schedule reviews and progress validation.
- Improve project controls processes, tools, and standards as the company scales.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience from large capital projects within advanced manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
- Hands-on experience building and managing schedules for complex projects using Primavera P6.
- Experience in cost management during construction is a plus
- Proficiency with scheduling and cost tools (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel).
