This position operates under the direct guidance of a Senior Team member, with more than 50% of oversight and mentorship provided to ensure success. *** High travel role: 85% range *** The Program Manager, Operations Support collaborates with engineering to develop detailed process flows and layout plans, participates in performance improvement and crisis management support, and attends operational reviews for RFPs and implementation tollgates. Partner in hyper-care support for relocations, application migrations, and new launches, while helping to manage UAT and volume stress testing. This role serves in flexible operational support capacities to maintain continuity during hiring gaps or backfill transitions, and actively engages in DQP sessions and cross-functional planning forums to gain experience and contribute to successful outcomes. As part of the DSV team, associates are expected to meet company objectives in the areas of performance, safety, and quality. SKILLS & ABILITIES Education & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Eperience: 2 to 4 years of experience in operations, logistics, or program management. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Experience with process engineering, operational enablement, or system testing preferred. - Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies. - Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies is a plus - Ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent projects - Partner with team members to build capability and ensure continuity.
