We are seeking a highly strategic, proactive, and forward-thinking Senior Manager of Program & Project Management to join our HQ Customer Success Go-to-Channel (GTC) Field Readiness organization. This is not a traditional administrative project tracking or operational support role; rather, you will serve as a critical strategic partner and force-multiplier for GTC leadership. You will be responsible for leading complex, large-scale customer experience and field readiness initiatives, driving seamless operational alignment across cross-functional domains (including Customer Service, Sales GTC, Marketing, Finance, Product, IT and Field), and crafting high-impact executive narratives. Beyond managing flawless execution, you will actively champion operational efficiency by analyzing legacy workflows, identifying systemic bottlenecks, and architecting modern, technology-enhanced templates, streamlined tools, and automated workflows. The ideal candidate is an expert storyteller, an exceptional diplomat across multi-functional organizations, and a hands-on process innovator capable of turning complex, manual operational challenges into streamlined, automated realities.
Developing and scaling comprehensive, long-term operational strategies and frameworks across the Customer Success GTC Team, collaborating directly with executive leadership to protect business velocity.
Serving as the high-visibility strategic liaison to the Sales Go-to-Channel team to establish and continuously optimize joint operating processes, shared communication frameworks, and modern "ways of working" across both organizations.
Synthesizing complex operational metrics, program milestones, and qualitative data into highly polished, persuasive executive-level presentations, roadmaps, and readouts for Senior Director, VP, and SVP leadership.
Designing and optimizing the strategic operational cadence and governance models (e.g., Business Reviews, alignment forums) to ensure decision velocity, leadership alignment, and flawless execution of GTC initiatives.
Analyzing fragmented, legacy, and manual team workflows to identify efficiency gaps; build and deploy streamlined processes, modernized templates, and custom, low-code/AI-driven automated tools to accelerate communication speed and eliminate manual operational waste.
Orchestrating end-to-end program delivery, milestone tracking, and risk-mitigation plans for high-impact readiness initiatives and rapid-turn, high-priority ad hoc projects.
Conducting rigorous business performance analyses and collecting qualitative team insights to formulate actionable, data-backed strategic recommendations for senior leaders on critical business decisions.
Modernizing, structuring, and maintaining the GTC team's digital repositories and shared knowledge bases, establishing "single-source-of-truth" portals and automated workflows to protect intellectual capital and prevent information decay.
