The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager, Revenue Systems and Reporting to support and improve Adobe's revenue systems, processes, and reporting capabilities. This role collaborates with revenue recognition, revenue assurance, FP&A, Sales Operations, Legal, Product, and technology departments to ensure revenue transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with ASC 606 and internal control requirements.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting knowledge with systems expertise and a passion for automation, process improvement, and data analytics. This individual will play a meaningful role in supporting quote-to-cash operations, driving scalable solutions, and enabling timely and accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the build, implementation, and improvement of revenue systems, workflows, and reporting solutions that support evolving business needs.
- Drive standardization, governance, and automation initiatives across revenue reporting and operational processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert for revenue systems and function as a primary resource for Revenue Accounting and Operations teams.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), system implementations, upgrades, and process changes.
QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a similar field.
- More than 3 years of experience in revenue accounting, revenue operations, finance systems, or a related area.
- Strong understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles and related accounting mentorship.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Experience partnering effectively with Finance, Accounting, Operations, Legal, Sales, and Technology teams.
Preferred- Experience supporting software, subscription, SaaS, or technology revenue models.
- Knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC), SAP, Dynamics, or other enterprise financial systems.
- Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Power Platform, SnapLogic, or similar analytics and automation tools.
- Understanding of internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit support processes.
- Experience with large-scale system implementations, transformations, or process automation initiatives.

Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $112,400 -- $226,550 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
