Telecommuting is available. Remote work allowed for two (2) days per week. Candidate will be required to travel domestically or internationally for up to one week for annual team meeting.

Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with business stakeholders to identify complex business problems and translate them to tangible data, analytics, & Artificial Intelligence("AI") products;
  2. Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle including business requirement gathering, technical delivery, launch, and post-launch hypercare for applications;
  3. Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and scientists to design data models while ensuring strict compliance with data governance and data privacy standards;
  4. Work with business partners to define and develop governance and product roadmaps for data and AI products that align with strategic business priorities;
  5. Identify key bottlenecks in business processes and address them with innovative data, AI solutions, and automations;
  6. Drive data and AI empowerment and engagement in Discovery Solutions through effective communication and knowledge sharing initiatives; and
  7. Develop appropriate documentation to support the development and launch of data and AI products and applications.


Requirements & Qualifications:

Employer requires at least a master's degree in Statistics, Analytics, Computer Science or a closely related field, and two (2) years of work experience as a Data Scientist or related occupation. Additionally, candidate must have the following:

  1. Demonstrated ability executing data science, machine learning, and generative AI projects gained through two (2) or more projects;
  2. Demonstrated knowledge of Palantir Foundry gained through one (1) year of work experience;
  3. Demonstrated knowledge of web analytics systems gained through two (2) years of work experience;
  4. Demonstrated knowledge of Chemistry/Biology product portfolios gained through one (1) year of work experience;
  5. Demonstrated knowledge of cloud computing platforms (for example, Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Azure) gained through two (2) years of work experience;
  6. Demonstrated ability working with commercial, marketing, and product management teams in a matrixed/international environment gained through two (2) years of work experience; and
  7. Demonstrated knowledge of SAP ERP Systems gained through one (1) year of work experience.


All years of experience may be gained concurrently.

Salary Range: One hundred forty-three thousand one hundred dollars to one hundred eighty-seven thousand six hundred dollars per year.
