Job Summary: The Program Manager is responsible for providing direct supervision of the program. This position manages programs and projects by reviewing, analyzing and evaluating operations to ensure proper management and effective operations. This position requires strong organizational, and communication skills; well-developed decision-making, problem solving skills.
Responsibilities:- Responsible for the daily management through the life cycle of the program.
- Define the program controls, that is the processes, procedures and reporting
- Plans the overall program and monitor progress to make sure that milestones are being met.
- They manage the program budget.
- Analyzes and evaluates operational systems, including policies, procedures, objectives, etc., to ensure the optimum delivery of services.
- Assists with the development of new and/or expanded services with the development of business plan proposals for new services, which includes programmatic analyses.
- Assists with the development and implementation of staff education and training to meet regulatory mandates.
- Assists with expediting and resolving issues involving facilities, environment of care and human resources.
- Teams with legal department for contract management, e.g., creating proposals, contracts and amendments.
- Promotes and provides quality customer service, and proactively identifies and resolves customer issues.
- Provides other supportive services to the Director as assigned.
- Effectively uses automated systems to perform work assignments
- Performs related duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:Experience: Must have 5-10 years within a hospital operations management role or within operations of a human service field.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in related field or health administration preferred

Other: Special Requirements: Must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment. Must possess excellent writing and communication skills. Must be able to establish and maintain effective interpersonal relationships with patients, co-workers, supervisors, physicians and the general public.
