Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management, event operations, or managing an executive briefing center.
  • Experience in Google Workspace and Salesforce.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience proactively anticipating operational, compliance, or program risks and developing immediate mitigation strategies.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads, gracefully adapt to unanticipated issues, and provide culturally aware context for international visiting groups.
  • Ability to identify and evaluate new operational initiatives (e.g., center expansion, technology upgrades) to enhance the partner/client experience.
  • Ability to persuade senior leaders, handle objections, and maintain composure in high-pressure executive engagements.


About the job

As a Program Manager, Site Operations and Executive Experience you own the strategic operations and programmatic vision for our flagship Executive Briefing Center (Cloud Space). You will be responsible for architecting an exceptional, "customer-ready" environment that hosts Google Cloud's most critical global CxOs and enterprise partners. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you solve complex operational ambiguities, set strategic priorities, and drive cross-functional alignment across Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS), Security, and internal executive teams. While you do not directly manage the Event Management vendor teams, you provide strategic oversight, ensuring the execution of a flawless, white-glove customer experience.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $136000 - $197000 (USD) 15% bonus target equity benefits

Responsibilities
  • Drive operational direction for the flagship Experience Center, prioritizing future business needs and supporting regional escalation leads.
  • Lead on-site vendor strategies (catering, security, hotels), establishing performance metrics and process improvements without direct headcount.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to visiting executives, hosting facility tours and high-profile global delegations with cultural awareness.
  • Partner with internal real estate teams to manage remodel projects, ensuring a premium aesthetic and high facility standards, and analyze space utilization metrics and feedback to optimize site playbooks, scaling operational best practices to global locations.
  • Oversee operational budgets, mitigate engagement risks, and serve as final QA lead for technical and hospitality readiness.
