Full Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in Program Management, Operations, or a similar role supporting UX research, design, or product development teams.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Track record of standing up operational programs (like UXR democratization) from scratch in high-growth, fast-evolving technology organizations.

Responsibilities
  • Stand up and lead a research democratization program. Create the playbooks, templates, self-serve workflows, and guardrails that empower the broader UX, Product, and Engineering teams to connect with customers safely, ethically, and responsibly.
  • Manage the GeminiApp UXR budget, navigate complex procurement processes, and own relationships with external research vendors and tool providers.
  • Lead and mentor a small, high-performing team of contractors dedicated to participant recruitment, panel management, and operational support.
  • Design and scale new initiatives that lower the friction for the entire UX organization to get in front of customers, driving a deeply embedded culture of customer obsession.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI (including Gemini) to streamline the research life cycle-from automated scheduling and repository tagging to AI-driven synthesis and distribution of insights.
