Job Summary
The Program Manager leads and manages multi-functional warehouse and logistics support service contracts, ensuring effective execution of supply chain operations, contract compliance, and mission success.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multi-functional warehouse support service contracts to ensure compliance with government requirements.
- Provide hands-on oversight of supply chain operations including receiving, inventory management, and warehousing.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of warehousing methods, material handling techniques, and logistics support programs.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat to support contract management and reporting.
- Coordinate with customers to define communication systems and equipment requirements.
- Plan, conduct, and document quality assurance reviews.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management on multi-function projects including contract and personnel management.
Specialized Experience: At least 5 years of experience supervising 20 or more personnel in supply chain or warehouse operations.
Certifications: PMP certification preferred.
Preferred Qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
