Job Description
- Manage the performance, cost, and schedule of the support.
- Organize, plan, and direct all program activities.
- Formulate and review deliverables and ensure conformance with all prescribed standards and schedules as set forth in the PWS, including the Monthly Contractor Performance Report (CPR), Weekly Activity Report (WAR), Transition-in Plan, and Transition-out Plan.
- Manage the day-to-day activities and supervise assigned personnel.
- Be responsible for the development and maintenance of performance/status reports. Interface with key stakeholders on a continuous basis.
- Be responsible for the performance of the work in the PWS and act as the WHSSS lead contact.
- Be responsible for the overall management of program personnel, as well as all related issues, and serve as the primary interface between the Government and KBS.
- Be available during normal business hours to meet with the COR or ACOR to discuss program and/or technical issues.
- Serve as the daily interface, maintain ongoing knowledge of daily activities within each work section, and apprise senior management on productivity and quality assurance.
- Identify and communicate issues and risks to the Government and offer recommendations on how issues/risks should be mitigated to successfully satisfy the requirements.
- Submit a Monthly CPR and present the CPR at a monthly meeting with the Government addressing all performance and contractual matters.
- Coordinate with the designated COR/ACOR on all tasks and manage project schedules IAW the PWS.
- Establish workload requirements to align employees to fulfill the task assignments and coordinate personnel daily activities.
- At least ten (10) years of experience performing similar program management responsibilities.
Job Requirements
- BA/BS in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
- MS in Business or Mathematics preferred.
- PMP preferred.
- Must be TS/SCI eligible; SCI access eligibility is required upon hire; a final Top Secret clearance and favorably adjudicated Tier 5 investigation are required
- Must be at least 18 years of age and a U.S. citizen.
- Professional and working proficiency in writing, reading, speaking, and understanding the English language.
- Must be able to speak with sufficient accuracy to participate in formal and informal conversations on practical, social, and professional topics.
- Highly professional with exceptional communication skills for interacting with executive level stakeholders; maintain strict discretion with confidential information; maintain a highly professional attitude and appearance following standards for dress attire.
- Technical proficiency with advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and office equipment.
- Strong multitasking abilities, including proactive problem-solving, and capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service, problem solving, oral, written, and interpersonal skills; able to work under pressure in a complex and changing environment.
- Comply with all local and Government security regulations and requirements, including required safety and security training and briefings.
- Execute and maintain required WHSR/DISA-provided non-disclosure agreement(s).
- Report to work during federal holidays or provide 24-hour coverage during a national crisis, transition between presidential administrations, or other unforeseen events; with 2 hours on-call services being provided 24/7 upon notification from the Government).
- Travel in and around the primary place of performance may be required.
The salary range for this role is $130,000-$180,000 annually.
