Fauna Robotics is seeking a Program Manager to build and run the operational backbone of our go-to-market. You'll own the mechanisms and cross-functional programs that move every customer smoothly from first inbound interest through quoting, contracting, onboarding, and fulfillment - coordinating across sales, product, and legal, with clean data at every step. This is a role for someone who can both run the process today and strategically design and scale the systems behind it.
Key job responsibilities
- Champion the customer experience - obsess over making the buying journey effortless, from first inquiry to delivery: quick responses, clear communication, and friction removed at every step.
- Design and automate a low-friction sales process - own the end-to-end buying journey as a program you continually improve. Standardize the repeatable steps and stand up the CRM, order management, tooling, and automation that scale it.
- Own the customer pipeline and reporting - triage inbound demand, track every opportunity from first contact through close, and maintain visibility on bookings, orders, and fulfillment status.
- Drive the deal lifecycle across teams - coordinate quotes, sales agreements, approvals, and hand-offs across Sales, Product, and Legal; partner with Legal to standardize contracting and IP-sharing.
- Manage onboarding in both directions - get Fauna approved as a vendor in customers' procurement systems, and shepherd new customers through post-purchase setup, delivery, and hand-off to support.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 5+ years in sales or revenue operations, deal desk, or business operations.
- Track record owning cross-functional programs or mechanisms end to end, coordinating across multiple stakeholders (e.g., sales, legal, finance, procurement).
- Experience managing a CRM/pipeline and driving process from ambiguity to a repeatable system.
- Strong organization and attention to detail, especially with customer, order, and contract data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable coordinating directly with customers.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience standing up and administering CRM and sales tooling (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) - not just using it, but configuring and improving it.
- Fluency with automation / no-code tools to eliminate manual work.
- Experience with contracting, procurement, or vendor-onboarding processes.
- Thrives in an ambiguous, fast-moving, early-stage environment - dynamic, proactive, and biased toward building rather than just maintaining.
