Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Program Manager to join our security business unit.
Primary Responsibilities:- Individual should possess experience in the customers involvement pertaining to developing, identifying change management to support integration of M&A
- Lead stakeholders from order to cash integration
- Reports weekly/bi-weekly status of Integrations to Senior Leaders
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards
- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution
- Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
- Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients
- Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients
- Experience with sourcing and procurement and building a vendor program
- Solid analytical and computer skills
- Results-oriented, metrics-driven leader with expertise in purchasing, supplier collaboration, development, and compliance
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Support across multiple time zones specifically West Coast Time
- Travel approximately 20% of role
Basic Qualifications:- High School Diploma; plus, five (5) years' experience in Program Management
- 5+ years' experience in an Integration type role
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree
- Master Black Belt
- Strong communication skills
- Outstanding team building and leadership skills
- Working knowledge of Visio
- Strong computer skills based around project plan, smart sheet, and Microsoft platforms
The salary range for this position is
$110,000-$160,000 annually. This position is bonus eligible. The starting salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
