Job Summary

As a Senior Program Manager on the Revenue Acceleration team supporting the Senior Vice President of Commercial and Renewal Sales, you will turn ideas into action, bring structure to ambiguity, and drive business priorities from concept through execution. This is a highly visible role where you will partner closely with sales leadership, enablement, operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure key initiatives move forward with clarity, urgency, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with the SVP and leadership team to prepare for business reviews, planning discussions, leadership meetings, and key decision-making forums.
  • Own the execution and coordination of the leadership team's operating cadence, including Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Staff Meetings, and All Hands.
  • Build execution plans, align stakeholders, and drive workstreams to completion across multiple teams.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, ensuring leaders have visibility into status, risks, decisions, and next steps.
  • Proactively identify operational risks or execution gaps and escalate issues before they impact delivery.
  • Identify gaps in seller readiness and partner with business leaders and SMEs to develop solutions that improve adoption, effectiveness, and business impact.
  • Execute the North American (NAM) enablement calendar, manage readiness newsletters, track program completion, and measure field adoption and effectiveness.
  • Build and execute tactical readiness and structured communication plans for major organizational changes.
  • Coordinate stakeholder reviews and approvals to ensure the field is prepared for new processes or strategies.
  • Lead the day-to-day execution of assigned strategic initiatives (e.g., pipeline projects, competitive defense plays).


Qualifications

  • Proven ability to build detailed project plans, workback schedules, and execution tracking mechanisms for multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to proactively manage, influence, and drive accountability across diverse leadership teams.
  • Ability to independently drive complex, cross-functional workstreams with minimal oversight, identifying risks and dependencies early and driving them to resolution.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations, concise updates, and actionable next steps for leadership audiences.


Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below.
